Your Living Body Map is created in direct response to what you share in your application. It’s a holistic self-exploration shaped around your lived context.

Here’s how the process works:

Step 1: You apply (intentionally).
You share what you’re navigating right now.

Step 2: I explore your chart through a body-led lens.
And weave it in with what’s happening in your life.

Step 3: I interpret your chart through your inquiry.
I’ll highlight where things can get distorted, and what’s actually happening underneath, and how to practically move through it.

Step 4: You receive your map.
With reflections, practices, and a way to reconnect with yourself at your own pace.

A Note On Why Your Living Body Map Exists

I created this offering because Human Design has been a big part of my own self-discovery journey. And I’ve seen how useful it’s been for others when navigating
a transitional period.

Human Design, at its core, is an embodied process — a slow, sacred practice of returning home to ourselves. It invites us to loosen the grip of the mind and return to the wisdom of the body. To surrender control, and listen, truly listen,
to the signals and sensations that speak through us.

Your Living Body Map is that invitation. It’s designed to support you in building your capacity for inspiring trust in your body, in honouring your pace and timing, and in meeting yourself with tenderness as you remember the compass within.

Your Living Body Map Is Grounded in 3 Core Layers

The first layer is about recognising the nervous system state you’re operating from, and how that state shapes your perception, sense of safety, and ultimately, your decision-making.

The second layer is about staying present with what you feel, through the body.

This helps you acknowledge, expand, or gently shift your felt experience — so your subtle inner signals become accessible again.

If, over time, you feel called to deepen the work or integrate it more fully into daily life, optional one-to-one integration sessions are available — but they’re never required.

  • No. Your Living Body Map isn’t designed to be finished. It’s a living guide — something you return to across different seasons, challenges, and phases of life. Some sections may resonate immediately; others may make more sense later. Both are welcome.
