How I Create Your Living Body Map
Your Living Body Map is created in direct response to what you share in your application. It’s a holistic chart synthesis shaped around your lived context.
Here’s how the process works:
Step 1: You apply (intentionally).
You share your birth details and what you’re navigating right now — the patterns, the stuckness, and the questions that actually matter.
Step 2: I read your chart as a whole.
I look at how your energy moves through the chart — where things are reliable, where they’re sensitive, and what themes repeat across multiple layers — so we’re not analysing individual parts, but we’re seeing the pattern from a holistic viewpoint. I may reference your Type, Authority, Profile, centres, key gates + channels, definitions, and Variable — but always in service of the bigger story.
Step 3: I interpret your mechanics through your inquiry.
I pull out the patterns, inclinations, and contradictions that stand out in the context of your situation — especially where pressure, urgency, or survival strategies may be distorting your access to Inner Authority.
Step 4: I craft your return framework.
You receive prompts, practices, and a practical way to come back to your body and your own natural energy— so the map becomes something you can use in your daily life.
I created Your Living Body Map as a space you can return to when you need to restore your trust in yourself. It’s a bridge between understanding your design and actually living it.
It won’t teach you how to do Human Design “right.” Instead, it will help you stay with yourself when things feel uncertain — because, honestly, that’s where real trust forms.
And that may just be the most empowering thing you can give yourself.
A Note On Why Your Living Body Map Exists
This offering was born out of my own personal struggle of really connecting with my design in my lived experience and seeing the same patterns in others.
I, like so many of us, came to Human Design seeking answers and certainty. But what I’ve discovered on my journey is something far more nuanced.
Human Design, at its core, is not a system of mental knowing. It’s not a shortcut to what the mind thinks it wants. It's an embodied path — a slow, sacred practice of returning home to ourselves. It invites us to loosen the grip of the mind and return to the wisdom of the body. To surrender control, and listen, truly listen, to the signals and sensations that speak through us.
Your Living Body Map is that invitation. It’s designed to support you in building your capacity for inspiring trust in your body, in honouring your pace and timing, and in meeting yourself with tenderness as you remember the compass within.
The Method Inside Your Living Body Map: Embodied Deconditioning
If you’re done simply reading about your design — and you’re ready to consciously live it — this is where knowledge becomes embodied.
Your Living Body Map is structured around three interwoven pillars. Together, they form the spiralic process of Embodied Deconditioning.
State Awareness
Before you can trust your body signals, you need to understand the state you’re operating from. This is the role of Polyvagal Theory.
State Awareness is the practice of noticing what nervous system state you’re in — and how that state shapes your perception, sense of safety, and ultimately, your decision-making.
Because urgency, pressure, and safety show up differently in your body.
Somatic Access
Once you can recognise your state, you need a way to stay present with it. And that ability gets built gradually through breath and body-based practices.
This isn’t just about nervous system regulation; breath is the language through which your body communicates with your mind.
Somatic Access helps you acknowledge, expand, or gently shift your felt experience — so your subtle inner signals become accessible again.
Embodied Integration
This is where Human Design becomes the map that helps orient you within your inner and outer landscape.
Embodied Integration is the practice of noticing how your design expresses itself through different nervous system states — and learning to distinguish between what’s a healthy expression of you and what’s reactive or conditioned.
Instead of asking, “Am I doing my design right?” you begin asking, “What state am I in — and what is true from here?”
