A Body-Led Approach
to Navigating Life’s Transitions
for Highly Sensitive Women
What if the life you want doesn’t require abandoning yourself?
You thought you’d be further along by now. The career you worked for. The relationship and the family. The life that was supposed to feel like yours.
But instead, you feel lost and you’re embarrassed to say it out loud.
You’re overwhelmed and overworked. Most days are spent feeling disconnected from the life you’re actually living.
The work you once built your identity around doesn’t land the way it used to. And quietly, you start wondering if this is really it.
So you fantasize about another life. A slower and quieter one. A change of pace. A home you could fix up. A dog. A version of life that feels like it might finally fit you.
But instead of moving toward it, you feel stuck between two worlds — the life you built and the life you’re beginning to want.
And the more honest you become with yourself, the harder it is to keep performing the version of you that got you here. Because something in you already knows: you can’t keep abandoning yourself just to hold everything together.
There is a slower, more body-led way to navigate life's transitions without burning everything down and losing yourself in the process.
And it begins in small moments of reconnecting with yourself.
Hi, I’m Silvia.
I work with Human Design through the body, helping highly sensitive women
in life transitions to start trusting what their bodies are already showing them.
Most of the women I work with already know what’s true for them.
They can feel it in their body.
But when it comes to acting on it, they second-guess it, talk themselves out of it, or wait for something outside of them to confirm it first.
I’m not interested in giving you more to think about. I’m here to help you stay with what your body is already showing you, so you can start taking one step at a time toward the life you truly want.
At the heart of my body-led approach
are three core beliefs:
-
Human Design can offer us a map of our energetic patterns and how we tend to override our own truth.
But it can’t decide how we live. When we learn to recognise our internal states, we stop chasing certainty externally
and start discerning what’s true within our own body. -
Self-trust is not something we arrive to once. Rather, it’s a practice we return to, again and again.
When the body doesn’t feel safe, clarity often gets distorted by urgency, fear, or people-pleasing. Learning to recognise and work with our internal states restores access to the signals we’re meant to trust.
-
Our personal truth requires space to emerge. When we move at the speed of pressure or urgency, we tend to repeat the same conditioned reactions.
Slowing down creates the opening where awareness and sensation can emerge
and where self-trust begins to take root.
Two ways to start working with me
Whether you’re trying to work through something specific or make sense of the bigger picture — there’s a way in.
The Friction Within
A space to explore what’s keeping you stuck.
The Friction Within is for when something specific isn’t shifting — and you need help seeing what you can’t see
on your own.
Your Living Body Map
A body-led self-exploration of how you navigate change.
Your Living Body Map helps you move from self-understanding to self-trust by showing you where you disconnect from yourself in daily life.
Not sure where to start?
If something is actively showing up in your life right now, start with The Friction Within.
If you want a deeper understanding of yourself and you want to explore at your own pace, begin with Your Living Body Map.
Feeling lost in midlife doesn’t always look dramatic from the outside. Sometimes it looks like a life that should be working — until the career, relationship, pace, or identity you built no longer fits who you’re becoming. This piece explores midlife transitions through a body-led Human Design lens, helping highly sensitive women reconnect with themselves during periods of change, burnout, grief, and emotional exhaustion.
